Personal data in the Issuer's ID system are processed for the purpose of performance and execution of concluded contracts, in particular operational processing of orders, debt collection and other contractual rights and obligations resulting from European regulations concerning marking of all tobacco products with a unique identifier, enabling registration of their traffic throughout the Union and other applicable legal regulations in accordance with the conditions specified in the ID Issuer system regulations and processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject. PWPW S.A. as a data administrator, he respects the right to privacy and takes care of data security. For this purpose, among others, secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) and personal data provided in the form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

What are the rights of the User?

  1. Right of access to the data and the right to obtain a copy of the data.

    User have the right at any time to request information about what personal data we store and have the right to receive a copy of this data.

  2. Right to data portability.

    Where we process personal data by automated means, on the basis of a consent or contract with the User, they have the right to receive a copy of their data in a structured, commonly used and readable format. This copy may be sent to the User or to the entity indicated by the User. This only applies to the personal data that has been provided to us.

  3. Right to rectify data.

    The User has the right to demand the correction of their personal data, if it is incorrect, and to supplement incomplete data.

  4. Right to erase data.

    The user has the right to delete the data processed by us at any time, except in the event that we are obliged by applicable law to store the data. We will also retain personal data relating to transactions for accounting purposes and for the purpose of asserting possible claims. Erasure is tantamount to exclusion from the marketing of tobacco products.

  5. Right to object.

    The User has the right to object if there are reasons relating to their specific situation and the data processing is based on the necessity for the purposes of our so-called legitimate interests.

  6. Right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

    If the User decides that we process personal data in an improper way, they have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

How you can exercise your rights?

The User can exercise the aforementioned rights at any time by submitting an appropriate request by e-mail idi_support@pwpw.pl. The data collected is sent in two ways: this is the information provided directly and voluntarily by the User in the registration form and logging into the account and when using the service for the sole purpose of administering the service.
